What is setting some of my thralls' breast size to 1.0?

I have a lot of thralls and I recently noticed whereas I had them for a long time, just recently many of them are getting their boob size set to 1.0 though the setting was never adjusted. It has happened to both male and female thralls.
I just noticed this after the AoW4 upgrade patch installed, but loading the backups in the hours I had immediately before the patch also exhibits the same issue. The backup i have from a week ago before I began using mods, all are as they were and I verified in their body settings the size was not 1.0.
Any ideas what may have caused this? The Edit Appearance mod would seem the most suspect.
I made backups at least daily, but sadly I usually delete them and hadn’t noticed this issue until too late.

Ok, so after much experimentation, I discovered this.
When it happens to the female thralls, their voice often gets blanked out along with boobs set to 1.0. When it happens to male thralls, their voice doesn’t seem to reset, but their endowment setting also is set to 1.0 along with breast size.
I loaded an old save to screenshot correct settings, loading most recent game save with the issue and corrected settings, but they wouldn’t save! I was quitting, Exiting to main menu and loading back from there, but the settings would be incorrect!
So after correcting the settings, I tried quitting game completely, instead.
After launching the game and loading, the settings remained corrected.
