Must be an event. Clear it and the normal spawns should come back.

I don’t know lvl 60 20 st 20 health and 20 in expertise.
They kinda hard kill even with star metal great axe
Same thing happened to me! They were too op for my low stats.
Are you running your own server/local game? If not, then it is what is it until it isnt.
If it is your own, you could change the serversettings.ini and find the
line EventSystemEnabled and set it to false. When you restart, no more events. Just change it back when you want / or you are ready.
