Yes, if you get banned, you can always appeal your ban by opening a Zendesk ticket and setting the request type to “Ban Appeal”.
It doesn’t mean your ban will get overturned, but that’s what you have at your disposal.
Also, if you have screenshots or videos or any other proof that this clan said these things in chat, you can try opening a Zendesk ticket about it to report them. Saying that they “are gonna give you all a ban” sounds like impersonating Funcom, which is against the rules.
