This clan started trash-talking and insulting everyone. We reported yesterday, but they keep insulting, even after they got muted, they call more new players to insult the server..

Best bet?
Keep clicking the mute button. Dont feed the trolls, dont react to them, ignore them. When everyone stops giving them what they want, they quit. Thats what people like that do.

yep, racism, threats and a lot of insults. even their own clan name it means something “not good”…
I did it, but they need to learn a lesson..
reported at funcom while ticket, but still no response.. in 3 days..
Did you provide:
• video and/or screenshots with timestamps of the violations
• clan name, character name and Funcom IDs
I suggest you do not engage with these people. Keep your mouth shut no matter how upset you might be. Mute them and any new person who joins the server while they’re actively joined.
If you supplied everything required it still takes time to review. They’re currently off for the weekend.
yea I did it, reported with multiple screenshots, txted them the funcom id and added screenshots too..
You’ll just have to wait then. The Zendesk team is small and are handling 740 Official servers.

Unfortunately people that do that, wont learn. Bans, suspensions, or anything like that wont change how they act, because playing YOU is playing the game to them.
The reactions they get are what fuels them. Thats why the best thing to do is ignore them, and they will eventually move on.
