PLAYERS BEWARE! Zendesk wrongfully bans clans and wipes them. There were multiple clans that I witnessed that experienced the same thing this clan did, which is being bullied, harassed and wrongfully being banned at the hands of this one clan.
So there were two clans(we’ll call them clan A) that got mad that they couldn’t kill another clan(clan B), so clan A had another clan from a different server come over and build around clan B where they had already been built up for some time and took pictures of it in a way that made it look like clan B was structure spamming this new clan. This caused Clan B to get banned even though they didn’t do anything wrong.
Clan B has all stop playing because of funcoms inability for justice; it seems like they are lazy and don’t care about looking into these problems too far.
Clan B all stopped playing but one man we know of, due to the injustice that is funcom and Zendesk, has turned into a Robin Hood of sorts trying to dish out justice to these clans that abuse Zendesk and have gone unpunished for so long. This man told us about his story and it checked out since we saw it all unfold in front of our own eyes.
This man from Clan b has gotten death threats from Clan A as well as their ally clans, we have seen the messages and been in the parties when these other clans threaten his life in real world. These clans have been bullying multiple clans over eight of them have been contacted by us so we could follow up on the story. It is quite sad that funcom allows this to go untreated, but this man will not let it stand. He is constantly trying to fight back against funcom‘s injustice as well as these group of bullies. The reason we are writing this is to notify the people of PVE-C that funcom and Zendesk will not do you justice, they only will allow bullies to prevail. We have all tried reporting to Zendesk but have gotten zero responses.
Clan A has done this before and they seem to just get away with it.
If you are playing on Ps4 you should send proof of threats to Sony they rather strict about that. Have you sent all of this to Zendesk yourself. There was some one recently that was giving out bs information and it backfired on them.
The issue about the banning system is pretty well known by now. Your post will probably be closed due to your wording to funcom but we hear you non the less. Hopefully some fixes will come soon as it is far to easy to get people banned on official servers.
Oooo, a plea for victim sympathy from a 3rd party perspective… Nice change up! Still, it’s likely the case that all involved were breaking the rules and should probably just learn their lesson and move on.
I scouted my new home and had to report the one big clan on there…3 main bases and only one had what I would say was adequate amount of land claim…the other two spanned an entire square in every ugly direction…but that isn’t why I had to report.
I had to report because the areas the just land claimed and not built a base. Crevice, eye that never sleeps, eastern barracks, light the way, watchers point…all land claimed with no buildings. That’s just dumb…and the fact I have to move into that is irksome…vs they move to my server…same number of clans, less buildings and more spaces for new folks to build…ah well.
I hear you. I recently joined a new PVE server with some pals from three other servers - we all got together over my discord channel. The server we chose is plagued with anti-climb fences around the largest land-claim areas I have ever seen. One wall I stopped counting at 200 blocks in one direction and it went on A LOT farther. No idea where the base is - if there even is one. Another walling off close to 200 blocks in length of the n00b river - up around where it forks. That one in about 100 blocks wide and has a tiny base with a bunch of vaults lined up. At least with that one they placed an open doorway at each of the far ends so others can get through. There are a couple others similar to those scattered around in other locations too. Several of them are owned by the same guy “77777” - who also has at least 30 maprooms here and there - so a little convenience with the massive amounts of spam.
I don’t report people or he would definitely be number one on my list.
I hope this guy doesn’t give up,his story is inspiring. Funcom seriously needs to rethink there way of doing things before this game dies completely. #robinhoodgetem!
I saw everything play out first hand for him and him and his tribe had done nothing, simply put it was people that are bullies that exploited and miss used Zendesk.
