Here is the latest info on the nudity issue, however that patch is currently held back due to an issue that would require everyone to do a full reinstall.

Just to confirm again: The fixes for this issue and nudity are coming with patch 2.4.6, which is currently undergoing the last steps of certification. We’ll release this patch as soon as it is available.
For an overview of other fixes included in the patch, you can take a peek at the patchnotes for Xbox (they don’t include Playstation-specific fixes, though).
