I have a private server gportal. Playstation platform. Every time the so server restarts the degradation resets. This is a big deal to keep the server clean. Gportal says it needs to fix Funcom. I have an automatic reboot every morning and currently have no facilities degradation. How can I solve this problem?
@CristianBoss I am assuming you are talking about the decay rate. Did you set it in Gportal site or or in game? When done at Gportal make sure you use that save button all the way back at the top. If I remember right last time I changed decay rate on our server I did it ingame.
It would not be a Funcom issue because they don’t control private servers only send out updates through Gportal from what I understand.
hello and thanks for replying. It’s not the first private server I’ve opened. However, I set the decay time to 168 hours in the gportal panel. It works fine until you restart the server. When it restarts automatically the decay restarts at 168 hours. I’ve contacted gportal multiple times and they’ve told me it’s due to a problem in the conan client database. I asked him why does it work on the official ones? They answered me because the official ones have a different restart configuration…I also asked other friends who have private servers and have the same problem…each restart the decay is reset
I hope someone can help me find a solution because this is a problem. Thank you
Ps. I add another info. In the server list, under server age, count the days only if I don’t reboot. In fact the server has been on for two months but the age is 0. as if I had opened it today. So every reboot resets something. Including decay

Good morning .
Did you check your server’s age? .
For some time, private servers has displayed an age of 0 days which explains that he is nor has no dilapidation.
He has manipulation to do on server configuration files but only on PC seems.
is there a way to fix it on playstation?
We have a Exiles server since the game came out. It does show age of server around 1800 days since last wiped decay does work we check bases with repair hammer . However our Siptah server has 0 days and haven’t checked bases in a long time. Have had for a year or so. Thought I did something wrong with set up.
I will try to come across some one else who’s ran a ps4 server . @Community do you have any suggestions who should @CristianBoss contact Zendesk??
I don’t know . However with an FTTP file you can directly modify the server parameters on the G-Portal site as indicated on the first post name link. On the other hand I do not know if this manipulation and possible for the PlayStation server
@sestus2009 Thank you … I have no suggestions. Only thing I can say is that in the Playstation EU private server list, 70% of the servers are age 0.
@mynotaure From gportal they replied that they don’t know if these changes can be made for playstation and I don’t know how to do it on the Gportal site
Who are you paying for renting a server? Those are the ones who should push to fix the problem.
If users are able to fix that on pc on their own. How come Gportal can’t do that for consoles?
I went through same thing and in the end I gave up…
On the discussion thread or the subject is mentioned, a speaker indicates that G-Portal did not know that it was possible to modify the files externally.
I think it’s worth trying to handle manipulation.
I do not ask you in any case to take risks, made at best of your interests.
I must admit that I have this problem for me so a possible solution interests me. I use a bit of you as a guinea pig, I am sincerely sorry. good luck
Pc players can run a server off personal computer and also have various other server rental options. Xbox and ps4 is limited to Gportal. @Bambere
@sestus2009 But it is absurd that we are abandoned like this despite spending money on Conan. Gportal blames Funcom and in the meantime we have the problems. I always hope for a solution to the problem. Thanks for everything
I will do some experiments on are two servers tomorrow keep the Faith this has to be fixable. Private server owners need input.
@Community @sestus2009 Is there any update? Can anyone shed some light on this problem?
