"When shall we three meet again?"

As I’ve explained in what was to be our introductory thread, I speak on behalf of a fellowship of three. I’ll reintroduce them, but this time shall refrain from mentioning their factions.

I wonder — and let me stress that I do not know whether or not this is hard, or maybe rather uninteresting (or both, or may doesn’t make sense as a riddle at all) — whether it’d be possible for the reader to:

1. connect the persons mentioned at the bottom, to the proper agent names;
2. explain the significance, if there even is any, of those agent names.
EDIT:
3. and, or course, their factions.

X: When shall we three meet again?
In thunder, lightning, or in rain?

Y: When the hurly-burly’s done,
When the battle’s lost and won.

Z: That will be ere the set of sun.

X: Where the place?

Y: Amidst the Satyrs!

Z: There to meet with Erratus…

agent name: “D25”

Quote from works of art, literature or philosophy to reflect the subject’s appreciation of their faction, and faction politics:

We live together, we act on, and react to, one another; but always and in all circumstances we are by ourselves. The martyrs go hand in hand into the arena; they are crucified alone. Embraced, the lovers desperately try to fuse their insulated ecstasies into a single self-transcendence; in vain. By its very nature every embodied spirit is doomed to suffer and enjoy in solitude. Sensations, feelings, insights, fancies–all these are private and, except through symbols and at second hand, incommunicable. We can pool information about experiences, but never the experiences themselves. From family to nation, every human group is a society of island universes.

Quote from works of art, literature or philosophy to reflect the subject’s appreciation of their faction, and faction politics:

We are unknown, we knowers, ourselves to ourselves: this has its own good reason. We have never searched for ourselves–how should it then come to pass, that we should ever find ourselves? Rightly has it been said: ‘Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.’ Our treasure is there, where stand the hives of our knowledge. It is to those hives that we are always striving; as born creatures of flight, and as the honey-gatherers of the spirit, we care really in our hearts only for one thing — to bring something ‘home to the hive!’

Quote from works of art, literature or philosophy to reflect the subject’s appreciation of their faction, and faction politics:
Ihrem Ende eilen sie zu,
die so stark in Bestehen sich wähnen.
Fast schäm’ ich mich mit ihnen zu schaffen;
Bedenken will ich’s: wer weiß, was ich thu’!

Faaaaaaaaaiiiiiirly sure I have which agent goes to X, Y, and Z.

As far as faction, though? Pff. You look close enough and EVERYTHING sounds like it could be the Dragon.

I suppose you’re right… The quotations from works of art and literature were supposed to give an idea, but they probably reflect our subjective ideas of the factions, rather than something that everyone can relate to. Also none of them seems to be fully committed, but instead to be stressing their individuality. Someone fully committed (and, having selected a text reflecting that) would of course be easier to guess.

D25 - Illuminati;
Gotos - Templars;
Tekel-li - Dragon.
