On KiahOnFire’s new video, she shows a croc that jumps out of the water if you swim along Noob River. In all the years I’ve played, I’ve never seen it, or even ever heard of it before now. I tried searching for exactly where, but couldn’t find a specific location. I’d really love to see this. Can someone tell me what grid at least I can find him in?
I’m really glad there’s still unknown things in Conan for me to see. I’ve swam in Noob River a ton over the years. Before they changed it, swimming was the quickest way to travel while encumbered. So I swam a lot at times. Really amazed I’ve never seen him.
I swam through that area earlier today looking for him. Swam the whole river from what I call Yoshi Island (looks like Yoshi’s head) to Skulker’s End. Does the croc only appear some of the time?
I used to see it all the time, but I don’t think I’ve seen it for a year or two. I have a vague memory of someone reporting that it was missing some time back. But then, if Kiah has it showing up in a new video, that suggests it should still be working…
I had never seen it before but started a new character the other day and had it jump the first time I swam across the river. I think I was down near the shattered bridge area.
I use the water ways as an auto swim. That isn’t the only one.
Have you done the ghost treasures quest? There are ghosts all over the map pointing to treasures.
That is one, I think there are 2 others. One is some where between narrow neck and lookout point on noob river. I think I’ve seen another further up in the jungle area.
Depends on the level of jumpscare. You might get whiplash. Or a sudden need to change your pants, leaving you afk for other critters to mutilate your character.
