I have the same problem man. I subbed just to play my hox in crom and all the transfer attempts i have done failed.
I guess i wasted 20 euros, sub + points for transfer.
@AndyB at my post i did about the issue said that it’s impossible even for the support team to solve the problem.
They’re looking into the problem lol

unethical to have a service on the site that doesnt work and do nothing about it (remove it untill its fixed or input a text saying its broken? You pay for something, it doesnt work, and Funcom is like, yeah here have your bunny money back, spend it on something you didnt ask for!
The gms actually try to fix it but they have no idea what to do so they tell you they’ll ask a dev and to not get your hopes up. Basically just forget about it and play another game.
Isnt of possible for funcom to manually create a clone toon on the other server and delete the original? Doesnt sound very complex, although obviously it’s more work and costly, but I’d pay for it.
The time it would require to manually do that would add up to more time they’ve spent on this game in 2 years.
I know its sarcastic but anyways… it’s not true since they developed kutchemes alt level also

I tried to get my char transferred for 4 months now. I wouldn’t get my hopes up.
