Can’t upload a new mod version to steam until 2/7.
Why? I don’t think this was even the case before the massive 3.0 update. So why now?
This is a major inconvenience.
Because you updated your devkit to the version that matches what’s currently on testlive.
It’s not the workshop that is disabled, you simply have a devkit that is ahead of the current game release so mods built with that aren’t compatible until the game also updates.
For example I updated one of my mods just fine today since I chose not to update my devkit yet.
