Why does my Server restart twice in the morning?

Greetings-

I have been logging into Official PVE Server 3500 for the past few weeks.

While reviewing the Event Log, I noticed that the Server shuts down and restarts twice every morning in quick succession.

Is this intended?
What is the reason if it is?

Could this in any way account for the issues PlayStation users are currently experiencing?

Noticed this too. Before 3.0

thanks for the input.

I had been taking a break before 3.0 so, I wasn’t sure when this behavior began to appear.
