First suggestion: you might put the rules of conduct and other important posts under General and pin it. If it is without a category is shows way down the page and can be easily overseen.

Another thing, you mention in the Horned God category description that the tag ooc can be used but it is not available.
Not sure if Andy added it since, but i can see the ooc tag on the list.
