I mean why is cross play not a thing yet? Majority of all games have either implemented this or are in the process of doing it. Literally is the only thing stopping me (and I imagine many many others) from purchasing Conan is the fact that I can’t play with friends/family who are on console.
It’s a good idea but please don’t, I don’t want to get walhacked by PC when playing on console.
Pretty pointless in terms of security of games that are crossplay.
