i have been running the game in windows 10 via steam, and for the last 2 weeks have not had an issue using my xbox 360 controller. Today upon logging in im unable to use the Left bumper. Im also unable to bind new keys from my controller.
I changed the batteries, checked the drivers. no change.
i checked other games, without any issue.
must be a problem with the new patch where 360 are not supported properly.

I just hooked up my Xbox360 controller, it works fine for me.
You could try checking your Input.ini, perhaps something got changed or the file was corrupted.
\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Input.ini
Gamepad_LeftShoulder = the left bumper. An example is below.
ActionMappings=(ActionName=“ToggleRadialShortcutbar”,Key=Gamepad_LeftShoulder,bShift=False,bCtrl=False,bAlt=False,bCmd=False)
Alternatively, you could try resetting keybindings to the default values while in game, or deleting the input.ini and validating the files through steam so it gets redownloaded.
