Sometimes, upon crashing or loading after a failed save, a character will lose all Attribute points but remain at the level they were at.
I.E Level 42 character with all feats still unlocked, but the Attributes of a level 1 character, with no points to spend.
Simply drink a yellow lotus potion, problem solved, this restores all attribute points as normal with a mind wipe, so you can at least level up again normally.
Hope this helps until a fix is released.
