Worker thralls still dying for no reason

Bug Description:

Worker thralls still dying for no reason. Log says ‘xxxx has died’ with no more information. Please disable living settlements until -confirmed- fixed.

Bug Reproduction:

Play game, have worker thralls in your base.. Watch them die off one by one in your event logs.

I’ve lost my named smelter, named armorer and 2 named task masters in the last day. All have just mysteriously died. Wish they’d just turn off the living settlements.
