I keep getting an error saying that Conan Exiles has corrupted data and needs to be reinstalled. I have tried that and I still cannot log in. I can only get on for 5 seconds or if I’m lucky 10 minutes. I have to be careful where I go because it can boot me any time and I might not be able to log in to quickly get back to my base.
Funcom, are you able to let us know when this will be fixed? I enjoyed playing the game and now I cannot do anything. I’m afraid to do anything and I have lost a lot already too. I’m frustrated. Please advise that this is on your end. After the latest patch I’ve had nothing but problems.

Our team is trying to determine the cause for this issue, which doesn’t seem to be happening consistently on all hardware. Could you let us know your Xbox model (One, One S or One X) and if possible, share a video of this problem in action?
I, as well as all members of my clan are having the same problems. I can first tell during the loading sequence because I cannot skip it. Then I get a message that the game contains corrupted data and a reinstall is recommended, which I have tried. I am using an Xbox One S, and I know others who have had this problem with Xbox One. Once we start online gameplay, we can play for about 5-15 min before the screen goes black. I am then returned to the Xbox home screen.
Have an Xbox One X and reported already also. Same Problem with corrupt data & lagging start sequence. I do not play the game except refreshing my base as I fear crashes or losses caused by this. Of course Always with Login single game and then login online game as I do since I play the game… I wait until a patch will cure the corrupt data problem. I dont trust the situation in the moment.
If you don’t have a local game save that you care about, I found that completely deleting the local and cloud saves, uninstalling, cold restarting the XB1X, then reinstalling did resolve the issues I was having. If you only play on a server, that could be a potential solution. If you have an SP game that you care about, obviously that’s not workable, so you’d need to wait for their patch (that’s in cert now, apparently).

I use Xbox one s. I don’t know how to send a video clip when the game keeps crashing on me. This needs to be rectified ASAP. I would love to own a server on Conan but I am reluctant to do so because of these issues.

Our team is working on additional OOM fixes for an upcoming hotfix. This should address most of the newly introduced crashes along with the patch that is still undergoing certification at this moment.
I agree with you… too much time and money invested that I don’t want to walk away from… I’m afraid to play because it’ll kick me out… plus, I quickly get on so I don’t lose a base. That’s what I’m afraid of, with it booting me out I will lose bases.

I’ve been trying to play the game and my character died. It just would keep logging me out… I’m really frustrated and disappointed. Is there any way that I am able to get stuff that I’ve lost? I know I’m not the only one. There are some other people I’ve talked to and they lost everything on their character.
Please let me know if anything can be done and when you might know the date of the next patch for this fix.
