I’m thinking of starting either a Sin or HoX, leaning towards HoX, can the Khitan start as either ?
To create a Khitan character your account needs to have the Rise of Godslayer expansion.

Have that part covered, wasn’t going to start a new account and buy that expansion again 
guess my bad for not stating ‘Returning’, in place of ‘Starting’
