No Im not the kind of player to block resources off on a server, I actually have had to spend thousands of bombs and many hours on a treb to keep those clear on the servers Ive played on. I didn’t whine on the forums that things were blocked, I went and did something about it myself.

Which is a valid statement. Why were you banned. This thread does not state why you were banned it just claims that it’s the “new rules”. Then it turns out it happened BEFORE the new rules. So, which is it? Why were you banned? He isn’t attacking he, and neither am I. I get that you are upset over the ban, I would be too. But there has to be a reason why and if that reason is not a valid reason then perhaps something can be done (not be me I can’t do anything like that).

Sure, its their game, they can chose to do whatever they want with it. Its truly sad that they are now going to police words in their game. Hence why I said in another post, they should go one step further like New World from Amazon, and make PVP consensual, so you need the enemies permission to actually fight. That would make everyone happy, and put them in a big ole safe space right?
Heaven forbid you have to clear enemy land claim before you can raid their base.
Was this in game these events happened or real life? If it was in game…maybe best your personal info doesn’t get online, or maybe its time to quit online gaming, since this stuff happens, and until all the trolls out there are gone, it will continue in all PVP games. If its in real life, then that is beyond disgusting that people go that far, and you need to report it to the police.

Straw man much there? Their decision to allow certain names or not has f***all else to do with pvp in any way shape or form. And for the record, I am not defending their decision to censor words or name, I am merely pointing out that it is well within their rights to do so. It is their property to do with as they please.
I would agree with you but the thing is funcom has never banned in the past. I remember when I reported the pike glitch and te people doing it never got banned. That’s why I blame the new rules because I was ban and then next day or maybe even the same day(because time zone) the rules popped up. Now I’m not claiming that all these rules are unfair I’m just stating there should have been a warning before the ban.
Yeah my point is that people cant handle bad words online, and now Funcom has to play the police and step in to ban people. I don’t think its so much Funcom wanting “cleaner” servers, since this behavior and language has been in the game since it launched in January 2017. Its the people now, that cant handle it…and now that this is being “policed” if you will, whats next? “So and so chases me around the map and kills me all the time, Im reporting him for griefing” You and I both know that could happen, and whats the next step? Ive said before this is opening a can of worms that likely should not have been touched.
No this is definitely unfair there are loopholes in here to just ban any big clan you want… people are going to go server to server reporting the alpha then decaying their stuff. Thats what this will go to.

That’s true any “alpha” on a server might have been doing stuff because it was just common to do in the game are now getting banned without warning because people rather not fight them but abuse the new vague rules.
Can you link the post? I couldn’t find it. However, in another post you did mention that your clan was building INSIDE the Black Keep? If that is the case I am not surprised… Though, I do agree a warning should be issued such as “You are shown to be in violation of rule 1 of section 2 paragraph 3. You have 24 hours to be in compliance of this rule before bannings are issued”. But, I’m not the one in charge.

The whole clan is making outrageous claims and the devs just said “oh yea that seems about right” this whole policy is about us 100% even though it’s all lies. It’s stupidly funny. We need to expose this.

That my only thing is I think warning should be issued because pvp server are so toxic to a point everyone violates these rules because it’s some what meta if you catch my drift.
Undermeshing/greenwell is a little different idk if people should get warning for that

We didn’t even raid level 30’s or have our name as covid, or told anyone to kill themselves. We didn’t do any of this and it’s insane reading this and that we actually got banned WITH NO PROOF BECAUSE IT DID NOT HAPPEN
They should know you never told anyone to kill themselves literally xbox messages will insta ban you if you say that so that is definitely a lie
