I don’t have problems with the launcher or installing. I hear the two drum beats after the patcher finishes and is ready to launch the game but after that the game has no audio. No voices, no music, no effect sounds, nothing. The game does not appear in my volume mixer. I am using a Corsair Virtuoso headset and everything else that has sound is working fine. Let me know if you need anymore information from me.

Try changing it to stereo to see if it works
I had an issue with sound some time ago: The sound was working fine with speakers, but it wasn’t with headset. I found that for some reason the volume on the sound mixer for the game was zero.
While the game is running, right click on the volume icon, select “Open volume mixer” and check.
