Zingaran skins disappear followed by lag then repeated fatal errors

Conditions to Repeat: Fail on every log in (fatal error)

While logging in today, I noticed my Zingaran skins were absent. Specifically, the short sword and boots.

I walked out of my base near Sepermeru, and was hit with a significant lag spike, followed by a framerate drop.

Then the game crashed reporting a fatal error.

I verified game files with a notification that two files failed to verify and would be reaquired.

Relauch, same skin issue, followed by fatal error. Rinse repeat, same issues each time.
