This issue has been pointed out several times, hopefully they’ll come with a fix. IMO they should just use keys defined for the character instead of adding customisation specific to mounts. I mean nobody want to use different keys to move mounted.
You can change settings directly in files for now as explained here, or press ctrl+shift each time you mount/dismount to switch between AZERTY and QWERTY if you have enabled these two modes on Windows.
