Logged into US Testlive and noticed that my encumbrance was at 0. The accompanying screens shots show the inventory screen (0%) and the normal in game view meter (0%):
Once I added something to my inventory the encumbrance % corrected.
Just noticed. Also, no character portrait for the inventory screen shot.
