My character has 27% of total encumbrance used when no inventory or armor equipped

I have 27 percent of my total carry weight filled. I have no inventory, no armor, nothing in my hot wheel. Still says 27 percent encumbrance of 100. My friends on same server removed everything and all report 0 percentage. What the f***

And here I thought it was because I made my endowment the largest possible. My mistake lol

it happens when you reset twice in very short time (with armor / items in inventory) i believe , your encumberance is saved as “0 = X%” , solution to that , take everything out of you , clear inventory , take off armor and reset again , :slight_smile:

I thought this would solve the issue as I once had the same problem but instead of 27% it was stuck at around 82. I took everything out. Reset. Came back. Reset again and it was back to 0. But I’ve now tried this several times and it’s still stuck at 28. Apparently this bug is more common than o thought after further search on other forms. And amazingly enough everyone is reporting the same numbers. 27 and 28.

  1. Relog , reset , still not working then look point 2.
  2. Kill your character , reset , not working? point 3.
  3. Relog , kill char , reset

Thanks. Yup it hadn’t dawned on me that I hadn’t died in a very long time. After taking all my inventory off and jumping off a tall building, it reset to zero.
