This bug has occurred 5 times in the past 2 months. it happens on Friday night right around Midnight EST. One thrall is randomly deleted. The server log just says " ThrallName has died" The thrall was in a fortified base, fully armored and level 20. We were offline at the time. There were no purges when this happened. We stay at least 4 thralls below our maximum limit which is currently 95.
You should fill out the template for the report, or include the information along with it.
Whether it’s on an official server / which one / or if not are any mods in play etc.
I don’t suppose the answer is as simple as it being a zombie and simply dying of “old age”? since those are limited time followers and I know that some people bugged some armor on them 
Other than that, some weird bug could have happened depending on where your base is… like glitching through the floor and falling or something weird.
Hi Xevyr I actually did fill out a form and when I went to submit it it told me to copy and past everything into a new form, which I thought I did, dunno, first time trying to report a bug. It was on Steam, official server #1522 no mods.
As far as I know thralls don’t take fall damage and don’t die of old age. It’s a bug that they should fix. I think where the base is might be related since no one else on our server has had this happen.
It’s a PITA though to level them to 20 and gear them up knowing that once a week one will die.
