2.4 update modified existing terrain around my base, without warning and swallowed up various buildings

So after the update, part of my base was swallowed up by terrain change, which wasn’t listed in patch, otherwise i would of torn it down and redesign. im missing 3 vaults and two anilma pens and a few thralls horses and various pets all stuck in the mesh now. which also i don’t want to be accused of messing as this was not intentional!! Please let me know if there is a future patch dealing with this? or how i can get my items/pet/thralls?
