I’d like to take a moment to remember Robert E Howard on his birthday and make a few suggestions for Conan Exiles.

Robert Ervin Howard (January 22, 1906 – June 11, 1936) was an American writer who wrote pulp fiction in a diverse range of genres. He created the character Conan the Barbarian and is regarded as the father of the sword and sorcery subgenre.
I’ve been playing Conan Exiles since Early Release with the Frozen North. I mostly play Official PVE-C servers so my experience and enjoyment may differ from other players. Here are a few suggestions for this game.
QOL

Chest & Crate Snapping. Have a setting for chests to snap to the sides and tops of other chests to allow for more neater storage rooms and improve chest stacking stability. Some players may prefer the tossed about look of chests so I would have this as a Build Setting toggle.

Eldarium-Reinforced Chest, Cupboard, Storage Container: Metalworking. Are made in the Artisan Table, recommend they are made with construction hammer like other storage items.

Rename the grandmaster benches to describe their crafting advantage for clarity.

Give ??? a name. Essence seems to be the name used by players. Isle of Siptah has been out since September 2020.

Shrine Beams. Bring them back. It was a perk to having a T3 altar and used to décor and make a statement about your base.

Gate Frames. Placing gate frames is janky. Hard to get them to snap in at the right spot.

Journey Steps completed without being “active”. I shouldn’t have to repeat actions I have already done in game but because the Journey Steps was not “active”.

Thrall Appearance customization. I’d like to use the Orb of Nergal to change my thralls (to include crafters) appearance. Also, I’d like to change my crafter’s armor.

Un-nerf Healing Arrows, Healing Waterskin,

Transmorg Saddles. I’d like the look of the Silent Legion Warhorse saddle but I want the stats of a scout saddle.

Character Customization. For a long time the Blonde hair gives your character red eyelashes. And White hair gives the character white eyelashes. Make the eyelashes more natural color.

Sorcery Pouches made on Sorc bench vs Alchem Bench.

Corpses with names/type. I’ll kill an animal or an NPC have no idea what/who it was unless I paid attention to while I’ll fighting it.

Seasonal Events/Placeable/Weapons/Armor/NPCs. I’d like to see Conan do what other MMORPG games do and have seasonal events. Conan had that one Halloween event and it was fun/interesting though there were some players complaining about the constant darkness. Easy fix in my opinion.

T4 Performers. Faster corruption removal and healing.

Unlock benches and chests option on PVE servers so other players can access. There is a more community feeling on PVE and PVE-C servers. I’d like to have open benches available for other players to access and use.

Increase wedge ceiling tiles stability to XX. When building bases, wedges use up stability values faster than square tiles thus limiting the range I can build out.

Trebs. Un-nerf the damage and add back splash damage.

Armor Display. Should display the transmog appearance of armor.

Armor Display. Blood crystals should not be required to make Armor Display.

Recipes, Scrolls, Schematic stacking. Identical paper items should stack and not take an entire inventory slot per item.

Wall Paint – It is too large for a single wall. Reduce the size by 25 per cent.

Wall Signs. The font and color is hard to read. The old black and simple font was better.

Improved Wall Signs. Request new wall signs with quality woodcrafted borders.

Crafting Thralls. Make tiered crafting thralls relevant. Higher the crafting thralls craft items faster.
New Items
26. Mini-Vault. Smaller vaults are preferred. Size 2x2x2. It’ll help with sorting mats and reduce land claim requirements. Scale the mini-vault’s HP accordingly.
27. Hand Crafted Armor. Besides the Coarse outfit made of fiber, there should be other handcrafted outfits such as ones made of hide, thick hide, fur and silk for those times a player need to make/have an outfit with slightly better armor value than Coarse fiber outfit. Besides, savage looking primitive outfits is all the rage among the Darfari.
28. More lances, javelins to include legendary versions.
29. More Character Customization. Request more hairstyles, tattoos, make up designs/patterns, add facial and body scars, more head models
30. Add more Sorc Spells. I’d like to have Area healing for clan mates, and thralls.
31. T4 Sorc can craft spell potions that were available from the Battle Pass during the Age of Sorc.
Purge
Barkeeps of different tribes. Currently Zamorians are the only tribe available as barkeeps. I would like to have other tribes made available to fit the cultural theme of taverns and villages.
Bards. Introduce a new performer thrall who will play equipped musical instruments and musical “recipes”.
Combat
Leaping/Falling attack. When leaping/falling from a height, player can make a downward attack. Currently, the player must complete a fall before conducting an attack.
Other
Exiled Lands’ endgame leads to access to Siptah. For players who complete EL’s endgame of removing the bracelet gets a cut scene of them boarding a ship. The completion opens up the Siptah map to them but not the building pieces, armor, weapons etc. Doing this will give players an incentive to do the endgame and keep them playing longer as they now have access to the Siptah map.
Eclipse and Skull Moon. Every seven game days an eclipse occurs. The eclipses were a very nice effect that broke up the “normal” game days. Every 28 game days en lieu of an eclipse we get a Skull Moon (from the Halloween event) with the non-damaging meteor showers with rare metals. Additionally, maelstrom monsters will randomly appear from thunder bolts throughout the map.
Sky Portals. Originally Isle of Siptah had these sky portals where NPCs would fall from. Bring those back as random encounter events for both Siptah and EL maps.
