Hello, I have 3 bar keeps properly set at a bar. I’m getting lots of guests coming and going but when I talk to the bar keeps, I can talk, buy beverages, etc … but they have no contacts (Sellsword) for hire. They have all been in place for several days now and nothing. 
Rescue Iscar from the purge. Afterwards he’ll be available to contact.
