i have 3 accounts and cant get back into them because the password reset doesn’t work due to having a “web de” and “gmx net” email address / domain which is blocking any emails sent from funcom age of conan so i cant reset my password because of that i need help please.

tickets are open since 23th January … and till didn’t get any response , i get that it takes a bit time due to limited support but this long ?? has been almost 2 month … its not nice to be honest please help me finally
well i have 3 tickets open since — 1/23/2025 ! and still no reply so yeah its more than just months it seems … i get that the support is very low but common waiting since almost 3 month isn’t acceptable …
and yeah we wouldn’t had to wait for the never replying funcom support if those/our stupid email provider gmx and web.de wouldn’t block / filter emails like wtf ?
but yh i hope our both ticket’s getting support soon … cant play the game until then / my accounts
No, but some people wait a year for their account to be fixed. I don’t think anyone finds it acceptable but you have to deal with it if you want the account back.
I have the same problem with the web Domain. I forgot the PW for my main Account and the Ingame Password. PW reset function is not working same Problem as wrote above. No reply from Support, First Ticket is from December 2024. On This Account (was my Main) I have a Full T3 City with renown Level 20. No chance to log in. I would subscribe new membership but I have no chance to do that, or get my Account back without the help from Support. I already wrote an Ingame Petition with an another Account Iam able to log in, the answer after one week was only: for Account issues please contact funcom support. What I already did in December last year! Iam so frustrated!!!
well if web.de and gmx.net wouldn’t block mails from funcom we wouldn’t need the support from them but since web.de and gmx.net are ■■■■■ and do what they want we need the funcom support which seems will take a year or sth seeing some comments here … it sucks big time idk what else to do other than waiting on those 3 tickets of mine … do u have any ideas ?
Not really, one week ago I wrote a message @AndyB about this problem but I dont know if he will read it or reply….I cannot understand that this is such a Problem. Lets hope we will hear something soon.
