i have 3 accounts and cant get back into them because the password reset doesn’t work due to having a “web de” and “gmx net” email address / domain which is blocking any emails sent from funcom age of conan so i cant reset my password because of that i need help please.

tickets are open since 23th January … and till didn’t get any response , i get that it takes a bit time due to limited support but this long ?? has been almost 2 month … its not nice to be honest
