Can’t reset my password for my old age of conan account. I read that maybe GMX is the Problem. Is there a way to fix this? Just want to purchase premium again. Ticket #1195512 waiting a few weeks now @AndyB

My ticket was closed but I still have no solution for my problem. Let me explain here. I’m somehow not receiveing the new password via e-mail. If i click forgot password i get an email in which i can select my Account. If i click my Account name i get redirected to the Account window and it says that i can check my inbox for further steps to reset my password. But my inbox and spam folder are empty. I tried several times in the last 5 weeks but it does not work. My Email Provider is GMX.de and in the forum i read about other guys with the same issue. Gmx.de ist not receiving new password email. @AndyB
