3 old accounts, password reset doesn’t work due to web.de / gmx.net email domain still not resolved!

I would resub on the account I have still no access to. They do not want our Money. Cannot understand such behaviour to loyal players from the start. Its so disappointing…

I will try again to write a Petition ingame with the Account I have access, belonging to this problem I still have with my main account, (password reset funktion still not working) do not think it will help but I will try. Still no reply from Funcom customer service.

You should make a petition in-game with an account, write the email ticket number and maybe it can get prioritised.
Email replies are about a year wait roughly.
when i do a petition will i get a answer from a gm ingame or is it just submitting it and hoping it gets prioritized ?
a GM will reply within 2 weeks ![]()
to solve the problem / ticket or to just get the ticket prioritized ?
also how does the gm respond via email or ingame petition thingy ?
