A common sense idea for the game

Add a pop up that says when you accidently pick up the thrall wheel of pain with a rare thrall inside.

Warning: you will lose the thrall inside if you pick up the wheel of pain.

sounds like a mod issue. last time I checked the wheels they did not have a pickup option

Ya, I’m with Testerle on this one. You can’t pick up a wheel in vanilla.
