If you want some variety i can recommend The Den as well. 4 sorcerers, all can be T4. Also rarely a Jhebbal Sag T4, T4 armorer (weight reduction), T4 cook, alchemist, Tanner, Bowcrafter, T4 Dancers, T4 fighters (archers), there’s 2 bearers to farm ánd lots of resources in and around + Bountiful Treasure chest and regular chests. Heck you can even farm paddings and skeleton keys at the Oasis a stone’s throw away.
There’s a caravan at (in my opinion) the best entry point.
