VLDL’s “Dev” series is growing on me. Yes, it’s a caricature. Yes, it’s hyperbole. And yet despite that, it’s so painfully close to the reality.

It does seem like the trajectory for every publisher and platform once they start seeing large scale success (or indeed for some of them it’s how they got successful in the first place cough Tencent P2W mobile games cough).
