This would be true if dodging was as good as wearing armor.
Movement vs Armor is unbalanced tbh. A mobile naked with a sandstorm mask is just as powerful as a medium armored pin cushion in the case of bow attacks.
But dying to a pain of a thousand puntcures (bow attacks) would be a welcomed change to lagging into a one shot with lying b…stard or sword of crom thralls
