Account Has Negative Crom Coins After Updating: Is It Still Safe to Play?

My friend logged in after the most recent update and saw that he’s currently sitting at -2000 or so Crom Coins. He’s already submitted a support ticket for it and to make sure the Latrine building is available. While we wait for the support ticket to resolve, is it safe for him to continue playing on our private server? We just don’t want his account to get banned or anything like that while FC sorts it all out. Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

Sidenote: He is still working on this season’s BP and hasn’t gotten all the free Crom Coins from it. Will that matter when FC resolves the ticket and puts him back at his actual total?

I would say they are probably still good to play.

As for the crom coin grants, my suggestion would be to not claim them yet until the situation is resolved. Just so something doesn’t get hemmed up and they need another ticket.

Thanks. He doesn’t play as often as he used to, but he doesn’t want to get banned when he does decide to indulge.

Actually, it isn’t even letting him play, because it says he has an outstanding balance and refuses to start. So until the ticket gets resolved, he’s out.

Same problem here, -240 Crom Coins…

He just got a response to his ticket saying they’re working on it. No clue how long it’ll be until he gets to actually play. Just gotta be patient, I guess.

They told me the same thing 1 week ago…
