Question for players since devs won’t give one after asking 3 separate times (3 tickets were made). 1. Clan leader permanently banned. Question was, how to kick the leader since they can not even sign in to delete character.
2. Clan leader had crom coins for bazaar. Money is now lost? Wtf?

I can only assume that any tickets made through the old system are honored through Helpshift. So it might be worth resubmitting a ticket through there.
I don’t know how easy it is for staff to alter clan hierarchies. I’ve never heard of them doing this.
What I would suggest, however, is if you truly want to play together and keep most of your stuff you could tear everything down, store it all on your chars (or if PVP in unlocked boxes) then the remaining clan members leave the original clan and make a new one together. While you can’t take your placed mounts, thralls, pets and special companions with you through this, at least you won’t have a clan leader that cannot log in.
As for the crom coins, normally a player is not hardware banned. Is this what happened? If they can still log into Funcom Live Services they will retain all their purchases including access to BLB and their remaining crom coin balances. They will be able to play in SP or private servers; they just can’t access Official servers.

I’m sorry for the trouble you’re having, Suthainn. I once read somewhere from an official source of Funcom/Conan Exiles that players should be extremely careful about who they trust in game. Once someone is in a clan, all members of the same clan are liable if someone cheats or overdoes it with building on official servers. As soon as someone is also in the clan, this player can cause terrible harm to the entire clan (looting, demolishing/tear down existing buildings and so on).
The Crom Coins thing is terrible, but I wouldn’t trust anyone with real money for that unless I knew and trusted them in non-viral life. Hopefully, you will find a solution. If you know your clan leader in real life, I’d suggest confronting him/her, so he or she should try to fix it. Good luck!

I not sure you can do this on Xbox but on Playstation you make a alternate character that way you can make chests with alternate character use main character to dismantle and store items or do this with another clan mate and start a new clan @Suthainn

Crom coins should still be available in single player mode. Unless he was banned from Xbox Live by Microsoft. As for clan issue, demolish and pack rat everything you can carry and reform clan.
