Hello gentlemen, I was banned and without the right to defense or reprieve or even an agreement I was left without my main account to play on the official servers, this punishes my and my family’s interest in this incredible game. Please, the question is I created another character, signed the ultimate gamepass and bought everything I could at the bazaar and I intend to reacquire everything again, because I am “me” will you ban me for being back in the game being “me”? The account was banned and I wasn’t, so much so that I’m back. Is there anything in your opinion that prevents me from playing on the official servers with another account as I actually already am? I need to know, please, so I don’t get surprised with a ban. (I am taking this fact into account and not the fact that a ban will occur for new conduct against the official server rules)
You weren’t banned the fist time. You should have gotten a notice it’s more then likely just a weeks suspension from the public servers.
And even a full ban does not ban your character or you from the game. Just the public servers.
Yes it’s wrong funcom does not give warnings or explanations.
So if I was banned, that is, permanently prevented from playing on the official servers and funcom does not prohibit my re-entry using another account, because the ban is only for the abusive account, what is the point of banning if I will return to the same server? What’s the logic of banning an account if I’m going to log in with another one and they allow it? Now, if I’m the one who controls the account that’s been banned and i"m acceptd back, what’s the logic? It doesn’t make any sense. And yes man, there’s none of that suspension and all that. I’ve been banned.
If you’ve been permanently banned like you claim, there has to be a reason you’re not admitting to. They don’t just bring the hammer down on innocent people for a permaban. If you believe this was a genuine mistake, you can appeal through zendesk. Otherwise, take responsibility for your actions and live with the ban.
So you want funcom to give you a hardware ban?
If this is you first offense it isn’t a ban, it’s just a time out 7day from the official servers. If you want to blow it up in to something else that’s on you.
Much like the ToC offense that got you the time out.
Now I have to ask what the logic was to come on here and confess to running an alt to get around a time out. That is something that will surely get you a hardware ban from the game.
As in you are working on having to buy a new console to play Conan. Don’t you think your time would be better spent figuring out what you did to get the time out so you don’t do it again?
You can get perma’d the first time easily. If Funcom does it’s due diligence to ensure the claim is correct, the ban is warranted. Now, that’s the whole schtick. If you look at the ToC you’ll see how it can happen.
But anyway, anyone who still wants to play and has been suspended/banned has alts.

You give them too much credit with hardware banning XD if that were the case we’d see less of the cheater problems now wouldn’t we.
They also took out the info about ban evasion. Ain’t that interesting.
No, I’m sure you can figure out what I’m up to.
When I was alpha testing I had a stable of alts, think I had 14 Gmails, only one left was the main alt. But being PC I don’t have to worry about alts.
But I hate to see console players get the ban hammer because zendesk has became a weapon of war not a tool of civility.
Did they? 
Generally I have issues with alts being used to get around bans, but I can see why it can be justified here.
if you give us the name of your main account and alt. we can help you get permanently banned. other than that we can’t do anything

I mean, I know there’s a whole bunch of SOPs on their end that we’re not privy to. But honestly, how could they police alts?

I’ve played enough BRs to know what a sisyphus challenge that is.
They can’t, at least on consoles. I’ve seen one spectacular jackass rise from the ashes on an alt a few times now.
