Activated Recipes Not in Feats

Library_of_Esoteric_Artifacts

All of the scrolls you get that require the Library_of_Esoteric_Artifacts knowledge to use are unusable. I found the throne of Skellos scroll but I can’t make the scroll because I don’t know Library_of_Esoteric_Artifacts. I spawned in some of the other ones and it is the same deal. I think you should make getting Library_of_Esoteric_Artifacts a bit more doable rather then hoping for the RnG Gods to shine down on you.

As described in the thread above you need to find and learn this:

Once you do, all your previously learnt recipes from this feat including your battle spatula will appear and be craftable.
