Good day to all! Almost 3 years ago I stopped playing. I remember then I hid the character of full loot, left the clan. Now after so much time I decided to return to the game and … When I enter the server it tells me that I am banned. I know how strange it is to hand out bans in Conan, can I be returned to the game?

Odd. You usually have to get suspended a few times before a ban.
But you need to contact customer service.
Usually a ban would have been the result of a clanmate doing something stupid if you’ve been offline for years… though you left your clan. However, you may have been “lucky” enough that someone reported you shortly after leaving. 
Either way, contact support. You may be able to petition a reinstatement if you plead your case.

Sometimes.
Sorta bad stuff = suspensions x2 then ban on 3rd
Real bad stuff = immediate
Like others have mentioned, you have to submit a Ban Appeal request through Zendesk.
The problem with this is that they won’t necessarily explain the reason they give you or tell you which server it was.
But once they respond with the reason, maybe you can narrow down your memory from 3 years ago and then provide counter evidence/argument for lifting the ban.
Wish you luck and keep in mind that regardless of what was on that BV, and if it is PVP, you can get mostly everything back in a day or less with a new account on PC. Reputable key resellers have cheap accounts.
Good point. If OP was in another clan on another server, this could still affect them. I didn’t even think about that.
