I didn’t violate any game rules! I was banned because I was reported! The official administrators didn’t investigate the truth, but simply banned whoever was reported as the offender! Whoever built too large was considered the offender and banned multiple times! Even the last time, the entire clan was banned by the administrators because of the mistakes made by other clan members! There is not a single rule in the violation rules that states that if one person in the clan makes a mistake, the entire clan should be banned! This is illegal! Being unilaterally banned by the administrators without knowing the truth is illegal! How many normal players have been banned by the administrators without any investigation into the incident, just because they were reported by violators while protecting their homes against violators! Violators can abuse the reporting mechanism to harm normal players. With the arrival of the enhanced version, how many wronged players have found themselves banned again after being able to enter the game? I hope the wronged will unite and seek justice for those who were permanently banned without violating any rules!
I have submitted multiple appeals for unblocking my account! The response I received is that my account will not be unblocked! The administrators are all bots replying! And the DLC for lsle of siptahd that I purchased on May 11th has also been banned! Please refund my money! It’s fraudulent to ban an account immediately after payment!

It takes multiple reports one wont do it.
Moderators do check but not on the live server and just the reported build.
I could be talking out my hat but I don’t think the mods know who specifically in a clan built the offending property. It would be under the clan name.
Thing is, you are not banned from the game, the game is still yours, you can still play it, just not on the official servers. After all the official servers are a courtesy, not an entitlement.
Your account is not banned, your privilege of playing on the public servers is.
If I made a mistake, I am willing to bear the consequences! But I didn’t make any mistake! Why should I bear the consequences for someone else’s mistake? Isn’t the punishment of being punished for the actions of others only seen in slave societies? Can it be that in modern civilized and legal societies, there still exists the punishment of being punished for the actions of others? I appeal for the injustice done to me! I purchased this buyout game! I should enjoy its full rights! I shouldn’t bear the consequences for someone else’s mistake!
Because the moderators have no way to actually verify it wasn’t you that violated the ToS.
You lose the individual distinction when you join that clan, and yes if you are in a clan you are as responsible as everyone else in to make sure no one violates the ToS because you will all get punished.
Once again you can play the game, and as I explained the public servers are not a right, not at all. They are a privilege, a courtesy, and I wish more people would treat it as such.
If anything, the only thing I would suggest FC to do is to stress the responsibility aspect of when joining a clan, what you are agreeing to (like a disclosure style statement that all of your builds and thralls become clan property and you are beholden to the clan leader and all actions of the clan will be seen by moderators as an extension of your own account. Choose wisely.
The other option is to just trash the whole idea of clan and create individual alliances instead.

What about using territory rules to prevent the expansion of another player’s territory? When the territories of both sides touch, how do we determine who is organizing whom? Should it be based on who reports first? Then the one who is reported is the offender? What if the one being reported is actually being controlled by someone using territory rules? Now, if someone wants to harm other players, they just report them! Let the official administrators who don’t investigate at all ban them! Whoever reports first is the winner
It takes three suspensions to get a ban from funcom when it comes to land claim issues. If you got suspended that many times and you’re still wondering why or how then nobody on these forums can explain it to you if you can’t grasp it.
You joined a clan. It does not matter who built what, it’s under ONE clan name. If there was a build infraction by the clan, regardless of WHICH individual that built it in the clan, the ENTIRE clan suffers. You should not clan up with randoms for this reason among other reasons like insiding, etc.
It also takes multiple complaints, so it was bad enough that multiple people had issues with it. Don’t overbuild, don’t build things that lag or crash the server, and don’t block off content, I think it’s pretty simple stuff.
Thre was a problem here… A land claim is a ban 7 day in Rules FUNCOM, the guy not ban 3*7=21days…
