Ok, I petitioned this ingame but the GM couldn’t really do anything about it since I wasn’t keeping close track or anything.
So I’ve started screenshotting my character after every mission. And it happened again.

Agent is at 8 pixels of progress, you can see in chat that I received 1 intel and a 200cc Weapon Distillate.

(between the 2 missions all I did was a pair of Essence of Bunica Padurii, which is what the 4 signet distillates are from, I didn’t log on or off but obviously changed zones etc. several times)
Specifically, the mission was 15 minutes, called “Suspicious Obituary”, my agent was scored “Complete” on finishing it, and it said it would give 225 xp. The mission had a 5% bonus xp available that I can’t tell whether I succeeded on or not. (it was shown in the rewards window, anyway)
According to prior experience (I’ve been running 15 mins all day) I’d expect to get about 20-25 pixels of progress from this mission and didn’t.
In the past my character has also failed to receive xp from an 8hr, 1hr, and another 15min mission but no screenshots cause I wasn’t expecting the bug.
