Agressive NPCs not react to player

Region: Europe

Exiles attack and chase player, but if they far enough from their camp, they hide weapon and peacefuly return back. Even if you come close or attack them, they just not react untill they return to their camp

1.Go to exiles camp
2.Provoke aggression
3.Take NPCs out from their camp
