I really hate to be the bearer of bad news, but i can assure you it is happening on more than just your server. I play on 1506, and just made a new avatar on 1731. I play on PC. It is also happening on those servers’ as well.
I do have high hopes it will get fixed, but the track record for this title is in the negative right now.

Gotta head over to a private server where you can actually reset the server on demand when this happens. Usually fixes it.
