Logged in today to find that all of my thralls have decayed? Yet my base is still standing. I had some named thralls and they were carrying Swords of Crom. Pretty upset. Can anything be done?

What’s your event log say? It’s hard to say if they decayed or something else happened without checking.
It said they decayed due to inactivity. But my base is still there?
Can you check the server settings?
You would be looking for the building decay rate vs the thrall decay rate.
On official servers the decay rates are the same for thralls and buildings. Buildings get a 24 hour grace period where anyone can destroy or loot them. If you log on in that grace period, the building decay is refreshed. Once the thrall decay timer expires, the thralls go poof.
It says the thrall decay is 20 days. The building decay time multiplier is 1.0
Okay, that’s 380 hours for thrall decay, which is the same as the the current building decay.
Normally, thrall decay is +1 week to building decay.
This is next part is speculation;
What may have happened is you loaded on after 480 hours. Buildings enter a decay state after the limit is reached, a grave period where anyone who comes across your base can destroy it, but where, if you log in during that grace period you can reset the decay timer for the base.
Since there is no grace period for thrall decay, if you logged in after the 480 hours, thralls would have been deleted.
You may want to capture screenshots of the logs and send in a Zendesk ticket.
Sorry this happened, regardless. It is very disheartening to get caught in one of these things.
I may just do that, thank you!
