Anyone else having trouble connecting to Officials in the America region? Servers are up with good ping times but cannot connect. The connection process is super slow. Once I’m on it’s fine.

There’s a few of the pve 1500 series that I can’t connect to though most of them work fine. It’ll try but eventually it times out and has done so for six hours now. Haven’t attempted to log into any pvp or 1700’s servers.
1500, 1504 and 1521 are the problem children atm. Basically any pve 15xx server that shows 0 players online

I play on 1504 and as Raeil says, server says 0 online but cannot connect to it, states its trying to connect for like 10 minutes, then states cannot connect to server

Official 1517 and 6438 are also unable to connect. It sounds like a lot of American servers are down and have been for atleast 12 hours but doesn’t seem to be any replies from funcom anywhere

Looks like 1500 and 1521 are back in business. 1504 still not working. I didn’t check any of the others that have been mentioned.
I cannot connect to #6437
I’ve tried to go through the steam menu as well as through direct connect.
I checked BattleMetrics and it says the server is up except there hasn’t been any players registered as on since about 14+ hours ago.
I also went into my Game.ini file and verified that the IP address on Direct Connect is correct and the same as the one stored in my file.
I successfully logged onto 1501 and 1511 but 6437 just keeps failing to connect saying the connection was lost (via steam menu) or that the server can’t be found (via direct connect).
1504 is back up

Yeah it looks like all the 15xx servers are not reachable, all showing 0/40 players, funcom fix your servers

Does no one work on weekends? Your more than willing to sell us crom coins at any time. Yet, when your servers stop working, no support?? Can we get any update to what is going on? Many offical servers are all have the same issue
I’m unable to connect to 1500 PvE server. If Funcom doesn’t get this fixed soon, guess I lose everything. Oddly enough, same thing happened to me last year where I couldn’t connect and when I finally was able to, I lost all my thralls but my buildings were still intact. Weird.
I’m unable to connect to 1500. Are you using a direct connection by IP?
I’m also unable to connect to 1942. This is getting ridiculous.

Not using direct connect. Some of the servers were briefly working very early in the morning just after they restarted. It wasn’t long before they became inaccessible again however and they still remain that way.
All I can suggest is trying to log in very early immediately after they restart. With the recent time change I’m not sure when the restart for the 1500’s will be. Likely 4 or 5 am Central time.
As a PSA a number of the 15xx pve servers are working at the moment. How long is anyone’s guess.
1502, 1522, 1501, 1513, 1520, 1511 and 1509 are working as I type this.
1504, 1521, 1524 and 1500 are not. Which is also subject to change but again who knows when.
just tried now, looks like 1504 is back to 0/40 and i cannot connect, this royally sucks. All 15xx servers are showing 0/40
