I think that instead of the mitra avatar using its foot to destroy buildings it should instead have a big lightning bolt in its hands that it can throw at the target this would mean it can attack at range on bases above ground, on cliffs, and also caves, it would also be balanced against the new ballista bolts, look so much better, and feel more satisfying attacking a base. Very much would like the Zues feeling more.

If he were associated with any elements at all, it’d probably either be the light of the sun or fire of a phoenix.

The Conan RPG based on SRD3.0 borrows on the Cult of Mithras (another name for Mitra). Which has a bit of lore that Funcom tends to borrow from when it comes to Sorcery and Faith.
