On g portal how the server is set at 20 -70 slots if it could have the settings set to 20 - 100 or so that would be awesome I paid to max out the server at 70 but I wanted and put enough money for 100 slots if you can get that amount a people playing on a server that would be Awesome cause you could have way more people to do with and have more ranks and such with more filled clans.
You don’t understand, the netcode CAN’T handle that many players. Unreal Engine 4 can’t handle that many players. That’s why it’s so easy to ddos servers.
It’s a tecnical issue, first we need bug fixes, new claim mechanic, better AI in general. I think players cap should be LAST.
It’s not possible, YET, maybe in 2-3 years, after they finish to implement all the stuff and fix all the bugs.
Just to articulate it better, during early access we had players cap at 100, i bought the game the day it came out. As soon as 50 players where in the server it was IMPOSSIBLE to do anything from the lag. There are some private servers that are at 70, try to get 70 players on a server and have them all in the same place and pvp, the server is gonna crash.
