From the parts of the logfile that you have uploaded there is nothing to suggest a fatal error unless it happened after you closed the game.
The errors and warnings you are getting from the logfile are everything else and can be deciphered, as to whether this is a mod issue or a Siptah map issue you would have to provide more of the log.
I will say that if you are uploading all of the log make sure you edit out any personal information such as the following, whilst uploading to funcom they know all of these details anyway as players it is wise to take precautions especially in this day and age of data mining and website scraping.

The game went into a fatal error (with a screen display and generated an automatic report) in less than 5 minutes of being in game and did so repeatedly the next 6 tries. Nothing I could do to escape the area around Leviathan’s Grave.
No, something isn’t normal.
I ended up removing the saved game backups of Siptah and started over.
It isn’t the first time this has happened after being at level 60 for some time.
Apparently, no details of the fatal error shows up in the log files.
Apologies for my mistake of thinking maybe some details might have been contained in that particular log file. (it shows up in all the log files).
Finally, there is no reason to submit a typical “bug report” ticket
since a fatal error report was automatically generated for each event.
I am guessing all the information they will ever need is contained in those error reports. (Unless that is a load of hogwash and actually doesn’t get sent to FC).
By the way, I did choose to send the generated error reports.

You did not waste my time, I am curious with log files ever since the AOH came out,and whilst we are unable to fathom out anything with regards to source code we can examine log files for a better understanding of what is happening.
I think that if the error is cause by the UE4 then it generates its own log file in a folder within the log folder, this seems to contain four files, the ConanSandbox.log, CrashContext.runtime-xml, UE4Minidump.dump and UE4Minidump.dump.status.txt these would have been generated at the time of the crash.
If you open the CrashContext.runtim-xml with a text editor you will see a line such as this, I have broken it down for readability.

In my case I had been messing around with overclocking my gpu and Conan did not like it and caused the game to crash.

This was the only line in the UE4Minidump.dmp.status.txt
Minidump write completed successfully, GetLastError() = 0x00000006, cancelled = no.
After some checking with an AI and eliminating some obvious causes (having already previously run the suggested “fixes”); It seems to relate to a scene loading issue that might be at the root of the fatal error.
That was the only thing that seemed to make any sense, although the scene just before the fatal error appears to have completely loaded in all the retries.
I looked through the dump file to find it extensive and … needless to say complicated and confusing … not being able to make heads or tails of all the encrypted data with some exception to plain text entries that were logged.
Note: This took place at Leviathan’s Graveyard. (Not far from the Southwest Spawning area).
Also of interest: The engine cannot seem to “get” where I am located and when I logged back in each time… I found myself in exactly the same spot where the fatal error occurred.
This same issue occurred before in a previous playthrough but at a different location on the map … just outside of the Sepentmen Refuge (in the Northeast).
That’s when I ended that game and started a new one only to end up in the same situation again, but happening at Leviathan’s Grave.
Both times I was at level 60 and had been around the map extensively.
It’s as though the engine cannot locate where I am and when I log back in, I am placed exactly where I was when the fatal errors occurred.
As if: Failing to update player location.

When installed you can open the dump file and alot of the encrypted data as you put it will make more sense as you will see it contains alot of information regarding the threads and stack and memory at the time of the crash.
You can see this from the following screenshot of one dump file relating to a driver hang in conan.
Whilst this will not magically give you an answer it does allow you to view and see what the dump file contains.
I have not had this error myself relating to updating players position but I have been seeing this alot in the log file

Why it shows Windows 10 is confusing since I’m on Windows 11.
It is the way microsoft name their builds,
You can see from this page regarding windows 11 builds.
Remembering that CE was released before Windows 11, Im assuming that maybe it has taken the 10 from the OS_VERSION and used this as your OSNAME.
